Due to staff shortages we currently do not offer phone support or general phone contact options, so if you were showed a phone number on your statement this is the default number used to sign up for the payment processor, which we can not remove from the statements and it is not in any way a support phone number or a general contact phone number. The only way to currently get customer support is using the above email address.
